拋光樹脂一般用于超純水處理系統(tǒng)末端,來(lái)保證系統(tǒng)出水水質(zhì)能夠維持用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。一般出水水質(zhì)都能達(dá)到17兆歐以上,以及對(duì)TOC、SIO2都有一定的控制能力。拋光樹脂出廠的離子型態(tài)都是H、OH型,裝填后即可使用無(wú)需再生。一般用于半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)。拋光樹脂(超純水專用混合離子交換樹脂)是已再生預(yù)混好的、可直接使用的超純水專用混床樹脂,使水處理系統(tǒng)中不需要設(shè)置酸、堿再生和樹脂分層系統(tǒng);MB-115主要用于電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、半導(dǎo)體材料制備等行業(yè)的超純水生產(chǎn),特別適合使用在EDI、CDI連續(xù)除鹽系統(tǒng)裝置后用做拋光混床,也可用于各種水處理工藝后進(jìn)行的精處理,含放射性物質(zhì)的水處理系統(tǒng)直接使用。
