1：黑膏藥基質(zhì)，香油,桐油加鉛丹熬制，手工作坊式生產(chǎn)，歷史悠久，工藝復(fù)雜而繁鎖，沒有統(tǒng)一規(guī)范，
全憑個(gè)人感覺，療效得到認(rèn)可，但是含有重金屬鉛，丹，有負(fù)作用。
2：油蠟型膏藥基質(zhì)，不含鉛，丹，無負(fù)作用，但是粘性差。

3：松香膏藥基質(zhì)，以松香，樟腦構(gòu)成，成型好，但粘性差，松香等級(jí)多，季節(jié)性生產(chǎn)。
4: white plaster matrix, mainly oil and palace powder, high cost, not commonly used.
傳統(tǒng)膏藥基質(zhì)種類繁多，上述這四種歷史上應(yīng)用較廣泛，療效也經(jīng)過歷史上長期驗(yàn)證得到肯定，但是共同的
