TDK貼片電容主要是清除由芯片自身產(chǎn)生的各種高頻信號(hào)對(duì)其他芯片的串?dāng)_,從而讓各個(gè)芯片
模塊能夠不受干擾的正常工作。在高頻電子振蕩線路中,貼片電容與晶體振蕩器等元件一
起組成振蕩電路,給各種電路提供所需的時(shí)鐘頻率。
TDK貼片電容有貼片式陶瓷電容、貼片式鉭電容、貼片式鋁電解電容。貼片式陶瓷電容無(wú)極性,
容量也很小,一般可以耐很高的溫度和電壓,常用于高頻濾波。陶瓷電容看起來(lái)有點(diǎn)像貼
片電阻,但貼片電容上沒(méi)有代表容量大小的數(shù)字。
TDK貼片電容的特點(diǎn)是壽命長(zhǎng),耐高溫、準(zhǔn)確度高、濾高頻改波性能極好,不過(guò)容量較小、價(jià)
格也比鋁電容貴,而且耐電壓及電流能力相對(duì)較弱。它被應(yīng)用于小容量的低頻濾波電路中。
TDK貼片電容與陶瓷電容相比,其表面均有電容容量和耐壓標(biāo)識(shí),其表面顏色通常有黃色和黑色兩種。
TDK貼片式鋁電解電容擁有比貼片式鉭電容更大的容量,其多見(jiàn)于顯卡上,容量在300μF~1500μF之間,
其主要是滿足電流低頻的濾波和穩(wěn)壓作用。
