    貼片電容知識



    有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體鋁固體電解電容器的應(yīng)用 ? ?在國外的不少電路圖中往往可見“OS-C0N”
    商標(biāo)的電解電容器,它就是日本SANYO(三洋)公司的有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體鋁固體電解電容器。它最大
    的特點(diǎn)是雖然是電解電容器,但卻有薄膜電容器相同的高頻特性;其次是等效串聯(lián)電阻小,并
    且對溫度不敏感;第三是可通過更大的紋波電流。例如,用30μH及1500μF/10V鋁電解電容器
    組成的LC濾波器時,若采用OS-C0N電解電容時(L不變),只要用22μF/20V的電容就可以達(dá)到
    同樣的效果。 ? ?另外有可能看到一個大容量的普通的鋁電解電容器并聯(lián)一個小容量OS-C0N電
    解電容。這是因為OS-C0N的ESR低,并聯(lián)后其ESR更低但小容量的OS-C0N電容器卻可通過大部分
    的紋波電流,使獲得極好的濾波效果,使輸出紋波電壓減小很多,并且可減少損耗。


    幾種電容器的ESR及漏電流比較 ? ?前面介紹了多種電容器,現(xiàn)以ESR及漏電流作一個比
    較,可供設(shè)計選擇參考,如附表所示(其電容量都是0.47μF)。由附表可看出多層陶瓷的性能
    確實不錯,所以目前發(fā)展最快,最大的電容量已可做到100μF(但價較貴,并需訂貨)。



    C0G電容的外形,和普通電容一樣,也沒有特殊標(biāo)志,因此在使用前最好鑒別一下它的穩(wěn)定
    度,簡易方法是在振蕩回路中,焊好C0G電容,然后在輸出端接入頻率計,監(jiān)視輸出頻率,利用
    烙鐵靠近或接觸C0G電容端頭,若是正品,頻率變化不大,若屬其他電容則變化量很大,利用比
    較方法能明顯的識別出C0G電容來。



    片狀電容器普遍采用多層結(jié)構(gòu),在使用時有些人采用烙鐵手工焊接,這種方式一定要注
    意焊接速度,避免過熱,造成基化端頭因溫差大而斷裂,使容量下降,有時是內(nèi)部受傷,再經(jīng)運(yùn)
    輸振動的斷裂。一些手工焊接的設(shè)備之所以障礙率高,這方面原因不容忽視。



    片狀電容器使用的是陶瓷基片,薄而脆。有些電路版較薄,安裝時受力不均勻會變形,
