在監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中，要充分考慮客戶的實(shí)際需求，以及電力系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)、電力系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際載荷能力等因素，進(jìn)而合理的選擇監(jiān)控設(shè)備，這既有利于減少系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作的成本，同時(shí)也有利于系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
本項(xiàng)目的電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)站內(nèi)高壓及低壓配電回路的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，有利于電能管理。另一方面，電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)不僅能夠準(zhǔn)確的表示出回路的用電狀況，它還具備網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊等功能，能夠與計(jì)算機(jī)、串口服務(wù)器等設(shè)備進(jìn)行組合，及時(shí)的顯示站內(nèi)各個(gè)配電回路的運(yùn)作狀態(tài)，當(dāng)站內(nèi)電力系統(tǒng)的負(fù)載越標(biāo)時(shí)，電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能夠迅速報(bào)警，發(fā)出語(yǔ)音提示。另外，電力監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)還能夠生成報(bào)表、曲線圖等統(tǒng)計(jì)信息，便于有關(guān)人員分析站內(nèi)各部分的用電狀況，使站內(nèi)的用電活動(dòng)更加安全，從而保證站內(nèi)人員的生命安全，提高車站工作人員的工作效率。
2.1 系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)
依據(jù)濰坊濱海經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)綜合商務(wù)中心的配電情況分布情況，在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)采用分層分布式結(jié)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)包括：站控管理層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊層、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備層。系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示：
站控管理層管理人員與計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行人機(jī)交互的直接窗口，對(duì)采集的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各類數(shù)據(jù)信息計(jì)算、分析與處理，并以圖形、數(shù)顯、聲音等方式反映現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的運(yùn)行狀況，是系統(tǒng)的最上層部分。主要由系統(tǒng)軟件和必要的硬件設(shè)備，如工業(yè)級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)、打印機(jī)、UPS電源等組成。
通訊層使用的設(shè)備為串口服務(wù)器。該層是數(shù)據(jù)信息交換的橋梁，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備回送的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行采集、分類和傳送等工作的同時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)上位機(jī)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的各種控制命令。
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備層主要是連接于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用于電參量采集測(cè)量的各類型的儀表等，也是構(gòu)建該配電系統(tǒng)必要的基本組成元素?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)配置的電能表，實(shí)現(xiàn)低壓回路三相電流、三相電壓、頻率、功率等電參量監(jiān)測(cè)；并對(duì)每個(gè)回路斷路器分合閘狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。
