    常閉式充液閥有不可控式和可控式兩種形式,不可控式充液閥,它是由閥芯、導(dǎo)向套、復(fù)位彈簧、閥體和連接法蘭等主要零件組成。閥芯是蘑菇形的,結(jié)構(gòu)較緊湊,流阻損失小;閥芯重量輕慣性小,動(dòng)作靈敏。

    (2)常開(kāi)式充液閥
    常開(kāi)式充液閥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于充液過(guò)程中不需要克服彈簧力,從而減少了吸油阻力。但結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,制造要求也較高。
    常開(kāi)式充液閥。閥芯在彈簧的作用下停在閥上部,充液閥處于開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)入工作行程時(shí),先在充液閥的控制口通入壓力油,閥芯下行,充液閥關(guān)閉。由于閥芯上部面積略大于其下部面積,故隨著液壓缸油壓的升高,充液閥越關(guān)越緊。當(dāng)活塞回程時(shí),液壓缸先行卸壓,且充液閥的控制口與油箱相通,充液閥可自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟,使液壓缸中的油液大量排回充液油箱。
