圖1.納米硅電極使比容量10倍圖2.納米Nb2O5電極使比率放電能力10-100倍問題在于:商業(yè)電池電極材料需要負載至少達到10mgcm-2,而實驗室做納米電極材料都非常薄,負載往往不超過1mgcm-2。這是因為,負載量越高,電荷傳輸更難。對比負載量為1mgcm-2的電極,10mgcm-2電極上電荷傳遞路徑了10倍。要想維持相同的比容量和電流密度,10mgcm-2電極上離子和電子的傳遞速率要100倍,傳遞10倍以上的電荷。另外,活性材料的高負載量意味著其他組成的含量,在低負載量上存在的特殊電化學性能的削弱。這2個主要原因納米電極材料很難超過現有商業(yè)鋰離子電池的性能((~3mAhcm2,4mAcm2)。因此,必須具有更快速電荷傳遞能力的材料,使足夠的電荷穿過較厚的電極,才能使納米電極材料真正走出實驗室。圖3.較大化電極容量和較大化利用納米材料電極有鑒于此,加州大學洛杉磯分校段鑲鋒教授課題組設計了一種三維孔狀石墨烯/Nb2O5多孔復合材料,可通過孔結構調控,在超過10mgcm-2高負載和高電流密度的條件下實現的電荷傳遞,同時保持優(yōu)異的電化學性能。
未來5~15年是我國傳感器產業(yè)快速發(fā)展的關鍵時期。周子學強調,必須在已形成的較為完備的技術體系、制造體系和配套供應體系基礎上,以深化改革為動力、以市場需求為牽引、以實現產業(yè)化為目標、以產品創(chuàng)新為主線、以共性技術研發(fā)和公共服務平臺建設為支撐,推動產業(yè)形態(tài)從生產型制造向服務型制造的轉變,實現我國傳感器產業(yè)創(chuàng)新、、協調發(fā)展。
