電工網(wǎng)訊:海上風(fēng)力發(fā)電,就是利用海上的風(fēng)力資源,通過風(fēng)力發(fā)電機來產(chǎn)生電能并輸送至內(nèi)陸電網(wǎng)。海上風(fēng)機的支撐技術(shù)主要有底部固定式支撐和懸浮式支撐兩類。一、底部固定式支撐底部固定式支撐又可分為重力沉箱基礎(chǔ)、單樁基礎(chǔ)、三腳架基礎(chǔ)三種。(1)重力沉箱基礎(chǔ)重力沉箱主要依靠沉箱自身使風(fēng)機在海面上。Vindeby和TunoeKnob海上風(fēng)電場基礎(chǔ)就是采用了這種技術(shù)。在風(fēng)場附近的碼頭用鋼筋混凝土將沉箱基礎(chǔ)建起來,然后使其漂到安裝位置,并用沙礫裝滿以必要的,繼而將其沉入海底。海面上基礎(chǔ)呈圓錐形,可以起到海上浮冰碰撞的作用。Vindeby和TunoeKnob風(fēng)電場的水深變化范圍在2.5~7.5米之間,每個混凝土的平均為1050噸。該技術(shù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,用圓柱鋼管取代了鋼筋混凝土,將其嵌入到海床的扁鋼箱里。該技術(shù)適用于水深小于10米的淺海地區(qū)。(2)單樁基礎(chǔ)單樁基礎(chǔ)由一個直徑在3~4.5米之間的鋼樁構(gòu)成。鋼樁安裝在海床下18~25米的地方,其深度由海床地面的類型決定。單樁基礎(chǔ)地將風(fēng)塔伸到水下及海床內(nèi)。這種基礎(chǔ)的一大優(yōu)點就是不需要整理海床。但是,它需要防止海流對海床的沖刷,而且不適用于海床內(nèi)有巨石的位置。該技術(shù)應(yīng)用范圍水深小于25米。(3)三腳架基礎(chǔ)三腳架基礎(chǔ)吸取了海上油氣工業(yè)中的一些,采用了輕、價格低的三腳鋼套管。風(fēng)塔下面的鋼樁分布著一些鋼架,這些鋼架承擔(dān)和傳遞來自塔身的載荷,這三個鋼樁被埋置于海床下10~20米的地方。二、懸浮式支

電工網(wǎng)訊:7月5日,安徽合肥供電公司成功對110千伏蜀山變電站的擴建高壓電纜實施復(fù)合型試驗項目,在一次試驗中同步進(jìn)行交流耐壓與局放檢測。這是安徽電網(wǎng)使用該技術(shù),對進(jìn)一步供電可靠性有著重要意義。在過去,由于受到技術(shù)條件,新建高壓電纜投運時必須先進(jìn)行交接耐壓試驗,待電纜正式運行后,才可以進(jìn)行下一步的局部放電檢測。而因為電纜運行時的電壓相比交接試驗電壓近50%,所以試驗中僅能發(fā)現(xiàn)較為嚴(yán)重的絕緣缺陷,不能完全發(fā)現(xiàn)安裝中可能存在的小問題,在極端情況下,可能給設(shè)備后期運維、運行留下一定隱患。合肥供電公司在安徽省引進(jìn)復(fù)合型試驗技術(shù),在進(jìn)行高壓電纜交流耐壓試驗時,同步實施局放檢測,能夠更充分、真實地反映設(shè)備安裝時留下的小缺陷;一次試驗完成所有重要交接程序,節(jié)約了人力、物力,加快了設(shè)備投運時間,了設(shè)備運維和電網(wǎng)可靠運行水平。下一步,合肥供電公司將常態(tài)化開展此項試驗,并陸續(xù)推廣開展該項技術(shù)。變壓器
