UPS不間斷電源維護(hù)及保養(yǎng): 保持適宜的環(huán)境溫度:影響蓄電池壽命的重要因素是環(huán)境溫度,一般電池生產(chǎn)廠家要求的最佳環(huán)境溫度是在20-25℃之間。雖然溫度的升高對(duì)電池放電能力有所提高,但付出的代價(jià)卻是電池的壽命大大縮短。據(jù)試驗(yàn)測定,環(huán)境溫度一旦超過25℃,每升高10℃,電池的壽命就要縮短一半。目前山特UPS所用的蓄電池一般都是免維護(hù)的密封鉛酸蓄電池,設(shè)計(jì)壽命普遍是6年,這在電池生產(chǎn)廠家要求的環(huán)境下才能達(dá)到。達(dá)不到規(guī)定的環(huán)境要求,其壽命的長短就有很大的差異。另外,環(huán)境溫度的提高,會(huì)導(dǎo)致電池內(nèi)部化學(xué)活性增強(qiáng),從而產(chǎn)生大量的熱能,又會(huì)反過來促使周圍環(huán)境溫度升高,這種惡性循環(huán),會(huì)加速縮短電池的壽命。二、定期充電放電:山特UPS電源中的浮充電壓和放電電壓,在出廠時(shí)均已調(diào)試到額定值,而放電電流的大小是隨著負(fù)載的增大而增加的,使用中應(yīng)合理調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)載,比如控制微機(jī)等電子設(shè)備的使用臺(tái)數(shù)。一般情況下,負(fù)載不宜超過山特UPS額定負(fù)載的60%。在這個(gè)范圍內(nèi),電池的放電電流就不會(huì)出現(xiàn)過度放電。UPS因長期與市電相連,在供電質(zhì)量高、很少發(fā)生市電停電的使用環(huán)境中,蓄電池會(huì)長期處于浮充電狀態(tài),日久就會(huì)導(dǎo)致電池化學(xué)能與電能相互轉(zhuǎn)化的活性降低,加速老化而縮短使用壽命。因此,一般每隔2-3個(gè)月應(yīng)完全放電一次,放電時(shí)間可根據(jù)蓄電池的容量和負(fù)載大小確定。一次全負(fù)荷放電完畢后,按規(guī)定再充電8小時(shí)以上。三、利用通訊功能:目前,絕大多數(shù)大、中型山特UPS都具備與微機(jī)通訊和程序控制等可操作性能。在微機(jī)上安裝相應(yīng)的軟件,通過串/并口連接山特UPS,運(yùn)行該程序,就可以利用微機(jī)與山特UPS進(jìn)行通訊。一般具有信息查詢、參數(shù)設(shè)置、定時(shí)設(shè)定、自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)和報(bào)警等功能。通過信息查詢,可以獲取市電輸入電壓、山特UPS輸出電壓、負(fù)載利用率、電池容量利用率、機(jī)內(nèi)溫度和市電頻率等信息;通過參數(shù)設(shè)置,可以設(shè)定山特UPS基本特性、電池可維持時(shí)間和電池用完告警等。通過這些智能化的操作,大大方便了山特UPS電源及其蓄電池的使用管理
關(guān)于安裝及維修APCups電源的問題,很多客戶包括我的朋友問我如何安裝以及維修,每一次問一次我都回答一次,今天APCups電源網(wǎng)做一次解答。希望能給朋友們一定的幫助。我大全的寫一下手冊吧
一、UPS之裝設(shè)
1.地線
1)基本上,要使UPS有防雷擊能力而不損毀,一定要有地線。故APC強(qiáng)烈建議使用
者安裝地線。
2)Smart-UPS背板有一 “Site Wiring Fault” 紅色LED。此燈亮起時(shí)表示地線
不良,可能為以下三種情形之一:
z無地線
z極性顛倒
z中線過載
2.插頭
1)2200VA以上之UPS其電線電流負(fù)荷量達(dá)15A以上,因此其插頭為20A以上。這種
情況下,以SU3000為例,自配電盤的保險(xiǎn)絲開始,配線、插座、UPS插頭、UPS
電源線,UPS斷電器等全部須能負(fù)荷30A以上,才是安全的用電環(huán)境。2200VA以
上隨機(jī)附有適用插座,請參閱下表。

2)若客戶選購此種大VA數(shù)之UPS只為Runtime長,事實(shí)上負(fù)載并不大時(shí),可以只
更換插頭。
3.擴(kuò)充卡安裝
1)安裝擴(kuò)充卡前,請先將UPS放電。(Smart-UPS)
2)如遇UPS有任何不正常情況,請先移除所有連接的擴(kuò)充卡再行測試。
4.裝設(shè)完成
1.安裝完成后開機(jī),UPS即開始自我測試。任何時(shí)候懷疑Smart-UPS有不正常情況,
請嘗試?yán)鋯?dòng)。(建議安裝完先充電幾小時(shí))
2.建議以UPS開關(guān)為總開關(guān)。
二、軟件安裝
1.安裝PowerChute Plus
1)自光盤安裝
z 選擇安裝PowerChute或PowerNet
z 選擇PowerChute for Windows or Windows 95或for NT
z 如選擇NT則會(huì)先Stop UPS Service
z 選擇Install Directory
z 選擇UPS Model Type:SmartUPS, BackUPS, Matrix
z 選擇Com Port
2)自APC網(wǎng)站上下載的程序安裝
2.No Communication問題
z 確定Cable已確實(shí)接好,并已打開UPS開關(guān)。
z 確定只有UPS在使用指定的COM Port。
z 確定使用的Cable是正確的。

四、Smart-UPS維修
1.可先嘗試?yán)鋯?dòng),若無法冷啟動(dòng),則UPS為故障。
2.可先去除所有配件,以簡化問題。
3.請檢查背板的自動(dòng)斷電器(Circuit Breaker)有無跳起。(可能因?yàn)槌d)
4.如UPS有冒煙、燒焦或焦味,則UPS為故障。
5.如UPS面板燈全閃,則UPS為故障。
6.如更換電池?zé)籼?hào)亮起,可先將UPS充電整夜,再進(jìn)行自我測試。
7.如超載燈號(hào)亮起,請減低負(fù)載。

Test the b voltage with the utility voltage display. See

Charge the battery. The UPS's batteries require recharging
after an extended outage. Batteries wear faster when put into
service often and when operated at elevated temperatures. If
the battery is near the end of its service life, consider replacing
the battery even if the replace battery indicator is not yet lit.
The UPS is overloaded.
Check the UPS's load display. See section 5.4. Unplug less
needed equipment, such as printers.
Front panel indictors flash
sequentially.
The UPS has been shut down
by remote control.
None. The UPS will restart automatically when utility power
returns.
All indicators are lit and the
UPS emits a constant tone.
Internal UPS fault.
Do not attempt to use the UPS. Turn the UPS off and have it

找出故障部分。絕大部分的問題都出在電池。

六、軟件操作設(shè)定
如何設(shè)定PowerChute Plus自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)時(shí)間
(以NT版為例)
在PowerChute Plus中,可自行設(shè)定要關(guān)機(jī)的電力事件,包括停電、溫度過高、定
時(shí)開關(guān)機(jī)…等等。這些電力事件都列在Configuration選項(xiàng)下的Event Actions中。針
對(duì)這些不同的電力事件,每一種都可以自行設(shè)定不同的關(guān)機(jī)程序。
在Event Actions中,左半部Events列出的即為電力事件,右半部Actions for
Selected Event列出的是所要的反應(yīng)。這里提供的反應(yīng)有Log Event(將此事件記錄于
Event Log中)、Notify Administrators(以message通知系統(tǒng)管理員)、Notify Users
(以message通知指定的User)、Run Command File(關(guān)機(jī)前先執(zhí)行指定的程序,用
以關(guān)閉Lotus Notes Server、Oracle等)、Send E-Mail(發(fā)NT mail)、Page Users
(透過調(diào)制解調(diào)器發(fā)訊號(hào)給呼叫器)、Shut Down Server(關(guān)機(jī))等七種。
以下我們以停電為例,來設(shè)定UPS關(guān)機(jī)的程序。
1.假設(shè)我們想要在停電時(shí),讓UPS自動(dòng)關(guān)閉操作系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)及UPS本身,則首先
在Configuration中選Event Actions。在左半部Events中,選UPS On Battery。右
半部Actions for Selected Event中,已預(yù)選了Log Eve、Notify User和Shut Down
Server。請選Shut Down Server并按Options,此處要設(shè)定UPS以電池供電后多久開
始關(guān)機(jī)程序。根據(jù)負(fù)載及需求,輸入適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間。假設(shè)是300秒。此時(shí)間過后,將開始
關(guān)機(jī)程序。
2.接下來請選Events中的System Shutdown Starting的Options。此處設(shè)定的關(guān)
機(jī)開始延遲時(shí)間是給上述所提Run Command File程序執(zhí)行時(shí)間用。假設(shè)是30秒。此時(shí)
間過后,將開始關(guān)閉操作系統(tǒng)。
3.接下來請選Configuration中的UPS Shutdown Parameters。在UPS Turn Off
Delay中,有20、160、300、600秒四個(gè)選項(xiàng)。此為操作系統(tǒng)關(guān)閉最少所需時(shí)間。在此
時(shí)間后,UPS將自動(dòng)關(guān)閉。如有選底下的Automatic Reboot,則UPS不是關(guān)閉而是進(jìn)入
休眠狀態(tài),此時(shí)UPS面板燈號(hào)輪流閃
爍。UPS將在偵測到市電恢復(fù)后自行
開啟并開啟計(jì)算機(jī)。

PowerChute會(huì)在開始關(guān)機(jī)程序后,取此項(xiàng)延遲時(shí)間或上述2.中System Shutdown
Starting的延遲時(shí)間兩者之較長者。設(shè)定的時(shí)間請以實(shí)機(jī)試驗(yàn)決定。
