稱重傳感器檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析
在傳統(tǒng)檢測(cè)中,通常使用高精度萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量傳感器的輸出電壓,工作人員讀表記錄數(shù)據(jù).其最大缺點(diǎn)是每次只能讀取一支傳感器的數(shù)據(jù),而且每次切換測(cè)試機(jī)臺(tái)時(shí),萬(wàn)用表需要3s的穩(wěn)定時(shí)間才能讀數(shù),記錄數(shù)據(jù)需要1s時(shí)間.導(dǎo)致結(jié)果產(chǎn)生很大的時(shí)間誤差,進(jìn)而影響了合格品的判定.例如當(dāng)讀取U5時(shí),1號(hào)機(jī)臺(tái)讀取到的是1號(hào)傳感器5min時(shí)的精確值,而讀到32號(hào)機(jī)臺(tái)時(shí),實(shí)際時(shí)間已經(jīng)進(jìn)行到了(3s+1s)×32路+5min=422s,也就是說(shuō)32號(hào)機(jī)臺(tái)上的傳感器的U5并不是5min時(shí)的電壓,而是422s的電壓.從第1路到第32路,產(chǎn)生了122s的時(shí)間誤差.稱重傳感器自動(dòng)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)使用多路數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,可將每路輸出電壓的平均讀取時(shí)間降低到幾秒鐘之內(nèi),解決了傳統(tǒng)檢測(cè)中的時(shí)間誤差問題。
