對(duì)于安裝質(zhì)量，也包括儲(chǔ)存、安裝、容量實(shí)驗(yàn)等多個(gè)方面。這些方面均會(huì)直接影響閥控式蓄電池日后的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)工作，因此在搬運(yùn)儲(chǔ)存的過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意不要發(fā)生碰撞，在安裝過(guò)程中要注意匯接條與電池極樁之間的吻合，小心將不平的極樁整平。在緊固極樁時(shí)，所用的力量既不能太大也不能太小。如太大，會(huì)使極樁內(nèi)的銅套溢扣，力量太小又會(huì)造成匯流條與極樁接觸不良，因此安裝中采用廠家提供的有過(guò)力脫扣的扳手，或按照廠家提供的參考公斤力，使用相應(yīng)的公斤的扳手。在安裝中還液壓注意以下方面:一、要使蓄電池與直流屏之間各組蓄電池正極與正極、負(fù)極與負(fù)極的長(zhǎng)短盡量一致，以在大電流放電時(shí)保持電池組間的運(yùn)行平衡；二、要使電池組的正、負(fù)極匯流板與電池匯流條間的連接牢固可靠；三、在安裝后，千萬(wàn)不要忘記給電池補(bǔ)充充電。
對(duì)于維護(hù)質(zhì)量，也要確保閥控式蓄電池正常運(yùn)行的重要方面。如果維護(hù)質(zhì)量較高，就能使閥控式蓄電池發(fā)揮效能和延長(zhǎng)使用的壽命。
