2.貿(mào)易公司不是生產(chǎn)商，且購買了有證書企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品，要不要拿證書？
要取得證書。因為提單、發(fā)票、TC交易證書（第三方認證機構(gòu)開具）等等，所有資料信息都是貿(mào)易公司抬頭，需要信息一致。
標簽有Global字樣，貨品過海關(guān)或進商場需要提供證書和TC交易證明。
Material Collection

Material Collection refers to the point in the recycling lifecycle when a Reclaimed Material is collected
after its original use has ended (i.e.: it would have otherwise gone into the waste stream).

Entities involved in Material Collection may include, but are not limited to:

Material Concentration
材料集中
Material Concentration refers to the point in the recycling lifecycle when a waste material receives primary
handling. This may include, but is not limited to, sorting, screening, basic contaminant removal, or baling.
Material is still unprocessed at this stage, meaning it has not been physically or chemically altered beyond
basic handling (e.g.: screening, crushing, or washing).
材料集中是指在循環(huán)周期中，廢料接受基本處理時的時間點。可能包括但不限于排序、篩選、基本
污染物去除或打捆。在這個階段，材料仍然未經(jīng)處理，這意味著除基本處理（例如：篩選、粉碎或
