9.換向極線圈短路 : 重新繞制線圈。
10電樞繞組斷路 :拆開(kāi)電機(jī),檢查電樞繞組,用毫伏表找出斷路處,若不能焊接將重繞。
11電樞繞組短路或換向器斷路 :電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),換向器刷握下冒火,電樞發(fā)熱,應(yīng)檢查云母槽中有無(wú)銅屑,或用毫伏表測(cè)換向片間電壓降,檢查出繞組短路處。
12.電壓過(guò)高: 調(diào)整外加電壓到額定值。
13.換向極引出線接反: 簾動(dòng)機(jī)在負(fù)載時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)速稍慢并出火,應(yīng)調(diào)換和刷桿相聯(lián)接的兩線頭。
直流電機(jī)故障現(xiàn)象:電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不正常
1.勵(lì)磁繞組回路開(kāi)路,勵(lì)磁電壓過(guò)低:檢查磁場(chǎng)線圈聯(lián)接是否良好,接錯(cuò)磁場(chǎng)線圈或調(diào)速器內(nèi)部是否斷路,勵(lì)磁欠壓繼電器是否動(dòng)作,勵(lì)磁電壓是否正常。
2.電刷不在正常位置:按所刻記號(hào)調(diào)整刷桿座位置。
3.電樞及磁場(chǎng)線圈短路:檢查換向器表面及接頭片是否有短路,測(cè)量磁場(chǎng)線圈每極直流電阻是否一樣。
4.外加電壓過(guò)高或過(guò)低:用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量,將電壓調(diào)整到允許范圍內(nèi)。

?、?交流伺服電機(jī)也是無(wú)刷電機(jī),分為同步和異步電機(jī),目前運(yùn)動(dòng)控制中一般都用同步電機(jī),它的功率范圍大,可以做到很大的功率。大慣量,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度低,且隨著功率增大而快速降低。因而適合做低速平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的應(yīng)用。

特點(diǎn):交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)定子的構(gòu)造基本上與電容分相式單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相似.其定子上裝有兩個(gè)位置互差90°的繞組,一個(gè)是勵(lì)磁繞組Rf,它始終接在交流電壓Uf上;另一個(gè)是控制繞組L,聯(lián)接控制信號(hào)電壓Uc。所以交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)又稱(chēng)兩個(gè)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)。
