INA軸承的滾道聲及其控制方法滾道聲是當(dāng)軸承運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),其動(dòng)彈體在滾道面上動(dòng)彈而發(fā)出的一種滑溜連續(xù)的聲音,是所有動(dòng)彈軸承都會(huì)發(fā)生的特有的基本聲。一般的整體偏心轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承聲等于滾道聲加上其他聲音。球軸承的滾道聲是不規(guī)則的,頻率在1Hz以上,它的主頻率不隨轉(zhuǎn)速而變化,但其總聲壓級(jí)隨轉(zhuǎn)速的加快而增加。滾道聲大的軸承,其滾道聲的聲壓級(jí)隨粘度的增加而減少;而滾道聲小的軸承,其聲壓級(jí)在粘度增大至約2mm2/s以上時(shí),由減少而轉(zhuǎn)為有所增大。
