用途：模擬鹽霧環(huán)境條件來考核產(chǎn)品或金屬材料耐腐蝕氧化性能的環(huán)境試驗。是研究機械、國防工業(yè)、輕工電子、儀表等行業(yè)各種環(huán)境適應(yīng)性和可靠性的一種重要試驗設(shè)備。

二、規(guī)格說明：

三、箱體材料：
（一）試驗箱體采用淺灰色PVC板焊接成型；耐溫85℃，結(jié)構(gòu)牢固。
（二）試驗箱蓋采用進(jìn)口透明壓克力耐沖擊板，邊緣內(nèi)外雙層加厚，防止因長時間高溫產(chǎn)生扭曲變形。
（三）隱藏一體式試藥桶，容易清洗，操作方便。
（四）壓力空氣桶采用SUS#304不銹鋼耐高壓高溫試劑，加溫、加濕、保溫效果較佳。
（五）試驗樣品架采用平面分度式，15°、30°可任意調(diào)整角度，四面落霧均勻，受霧完全一致，測試結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確，試驗樣品放置數(shù)量多。
（六）獨特的水密結(jié)構(gòu)，無鹽霧溢出。
四、技術(shù)依據(jù)：
依照JIS、ASTM、CNS、GB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參數(shù)操作設(shè)定。
（一）鹽水噴霧試驗：NSS
試驗箱：35℃±1℃、壓力空氣桶：47℃±1℃。
（二）耐腐蝕試驗：CASS
試驗箱：50℃±1℃、壓力空氣桶：63℃±1℃。
五、空氣供氣系統(tǒng)：
空氣壓力1Kg/Cm2分兩段調(diào)整，一段為大略調(diào)整2 Kg/Cm2，采用進(jìn)口空氣過濾器，附有排水功能；二段精密調(diào)整為1Kg/Cm2，壓力表顯示精密準(zhǔn)確。
六、噴霧方式：
（一）伯努特原理吸取鹽水而后霧化，霧化程度均勻，絕無阻塞結(jié)晶之現(xiàn)象，可確保測試連續(xù)運行。
（二）噴嘴采用鋼化玻璃制成，可調(diào)整噴霧量大小及噴出角度。
（三）噴霧量1~2ml/h可調(diào)（ml/80cm2/h標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求測試16小時求平均值），計量筒采用內(nèi)嵌式安裝，外形美觀整齊，觀察方便，減少儀器安裝空間。
（四）可程式噴霧，可調(diào)時間為1S-9999H（包括連續(xù)式噴霧與間斷式噴霧）。
七、加熱系統(tǒng)：
采用蒸汽直接加熱方式，升溫速度快，減少待機時間；當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)溫度時，自動切換恒溫狀態(tài)，控溫準(zhǔn)確，耗電量少；純鈦制發(fā)熱管，耐酸堿腐蝕、超長使用壽命。
八、控制系統(tǒng)：
（一）觸摸式按鍵設(shè)定、LCD控制操作界面均在同一機板，人性化直立操作；所有監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)且一目了然。
（二）采用（Siemens）PLC，32位汽車極高處理器，性能穩(wěn)定，可靠。
（三）計時方式可快速轉(zhuǎn)換，方便觀察試驗時間，可調(diào)試為0.1S~999999H（H、M、S可調(diào)），并具備停電記憶功能。
（四）按照國際鹽霧試驗運行要求設(shè)計，全自動模式和手動模式可任意選擇，全自動模式下，機器運行溫度未滿足試驗要求，機器不會自動工作（人為因素除外）；大大提高試驗的準(zhǔn)確性。
