PLC控制柜一般包括以下五部分:
空氣開關
一個總的空氣開關，這個是整個柜體的電源控制。相信每個柜子都必須要有的一個東西。
PLC
這個要根據(jù)工程需要選擇。打個比方如果工程小可以直接就是一個一體化的PLC 但如果工程比較大 可能就需要模塊、卡件式的，同時還可能需要冗余（也就是兩套交替使用）。
電源
一個24VDC的開關電源，大多數(shù)的PLC都是自帶24VDC的電源，根據(jù)是否確實需要來定是否要這個開關電源。
繼電器
一般PLC是可以直接將指令發(fā)到控制回路里，但也可能先由繼電器中轉。打個比方，如果你PLC的輸出口帶電是24VDC的，
但是你的控制回路里畫的圖 需要PLC供的節(jié)點卻是220VAC的，那么你就必須在PLC輸出口加上一個繼電器，即指令發(fā)出時 繼電器動作，
但后讓控制回路的節(jié)點接到繼電器的常開或常閉點上。也是根據(jù)情況選擇是否使用繼電器。
接線端子
這個肯定是每個柜子都必不可少的東西 根據(jù)信號數(shù)量可以配置。如果只是一個單純的PLC控制柜 基本就是需要這些玩意，
如果你的控制柜內還需要有其他的東西 就看情況增加。比方說你有可能要對某些現(xiàn)場的儀表或者小控制箱供電，可能你就得要增加空開數(shù)量?；蛘吣阋狿LC接至上位機，
可能就需要增加交換機什么的。視情況而定。

使用條件
供電電源：DC直流24V，單相交流220v，（-10%，+15%），50HZ
防護等級：IP41或IP20
環(huán)境條件：環(huán)境溫度在0℃-55℃，防止太陽光直接照射；空氣的相對濕度應小于85%（無凝露）。遠離強烈的震動源，防止震動頻率為10-55HZ的頻繁或連續(xù)震動。
避免有腐蝕和易燃的氣體。
