由于軸帶發(fā)電裝置具有降低燃油消耗、減輕機(jī)艙噪音、節(jié)省滑油消耗、提高主機(jī)功率利用率等優(yōu)點(diǎn),各船舶柴油機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家和航運(yùn)公司都把研制最新的軸帶發(fā)電裝置作為自己提高效率的重要措施。以西門子公司的FRECON軸帶發(fā)電裝置為例,就有關(guān)當(dāng)今船用軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)的最新科研成果――滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置作一下分析。
??滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置的特點(diǎn),具有一般軸帶發(fā)電裝置的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。自身的特點(diǎn)(1)去除了同步補(bǔ)償器,避免了同步補(bǔ)償器對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響。(2)去除了固定變頻器,使滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置真正實(shí)現(xiàn)了完善低損耗的概念。
??理工大學(xué)所提出的理論相一致,一套三相的交流感應(yīng)機(jī)械被選用于該軸帶發(fā)電裝置。該套交流感應(yīng)機(jī)械設(shè)備已在不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的檢驗(yàn)中得到可行性驗(yàn)證。
??這項(xiàng)研發(fā)工作的結(jié)果是產(chǎn)生了一套新的軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式只是一個(gè)變速齒輪裝置電氣模式。它的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)在于它的最后控制單元均是由靜態(tài)元件組成的,盡管如此,它的效率卻與原來的相同,甚至在一定的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)范圍內(nèi)還更好一些。下面就對(duì)該軸帶發(fā)電裝置做一個(gè)介紹:主要說明傳統(tǒng)的軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)系統(tǒng)(a)與新型的滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電系統(tǒng)(b)的比較。裝置需要一個(gè)更小的空氣間隙和一個(gè)疊片式鼓形轉(zhuǎn)子來實(shí)現(xiàn)與軸的配合。
??滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置的含義與運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式可以看山,發(fā)電機(jī)作為帶有勵(lì)磁調(diào)節(jié)器的變流器的自激機(jī)械來運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的,轉(zhuǎn)子繞組的功能相當(dāng)于勵(lì)磁繞組和作為電樞繞組的定子繞組的作用。
??變頻器是通過一個(gè)直流電壓源的連接裝置工作的,它的電壓將穩(wěn)定在一個(gè)定極恒定值上。在母線側(cè)上有一個(gè)帶有兩個(gè)平行反向的連接配合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品閘管的變流器,該母線側(cè)變流器用以調(diào)整直流電連接電壓,直流連接裝置配有平波電容器以穩(wěn)定電壓。
??在機(jī)器側(cè),變流器帶有脈寬調(diào)制逆變器,該逆變器從恒定直流電連接電壓,產(chǎn)生要求的轉(zhuǎn)子電壓和頻率,形成發(fā)電機(jī)的最終控制環(huán)節(jié)。
??定子的頻率近似于電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的頻率,而電網(wǎng)頻率的設(shè)定值是由標(biāo)定頻率所決定的。旋轉(zhuǎn)頻率是根據(jù)主機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速而變化的且不受外界影響。因此變頻器必須根據(jù)以下的方程式調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子的頻率:f感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)至少得具有以下兩種功能:(1)沒有磨損的齒輪;(2)具有發(fā)電機(jī)的相應(yīng)性能。
??在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境中,感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度范圍設(shè)定在螺旋槳轉(zhuǎn)速標(biāo)定值的70%~100%之間。為了使變頻器的標(biāo)定功率減少至最小值,感應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)的同步點(diǎn)一般設(shè)定在中心范圍內(nèi)即螺旋槳標(biāo)定轉(zhuǎn)因此,齒輪的傳送比務(wù)必被適當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)置,以便于發(fā)電機(jī)的同步轉(zhuǎn)速在螺旋槳額定轉(zhuǎn)速的85%下的實(shí)現(xiàn)。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)頻率為60Hz且存在6極電機(jī),則該轉(zhuǎn)在同步點(diǎn),通過機(jī)器轉(zhuǎn)子的電流為直流電。這樣才能以真正的同步機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)差率為正值時(shí),即轉(zhuǎn)子的速度低于同步速度的話,有功功率必須確保到達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)子的接線端頭。作為自激發(fā)電機(jī),它不僅從定子端為系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力,而且也應(yīng)產(chǎn)生有效的轉(zhuǎn)差功率。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)差率是負(fù)值時(shí),即意味著轉(zhuǎn)子的速度比同步速度要大,轉(zhuǎn)差功率來自于轉(zhuǎn)子接線端頭處。因此,裝置定子端的電流就會(huì)由于轉(zhuǎn)差功率而減少。轉(zhuǎn)差功率與轉(zhuǎn)差率及通過氣隙傳遞來的發(fā)電機(jī)的功率是成比例的。由于變頻器是在兩個(gè)方向傳輸動(dòng)力的,它的母線側(cè)變流器裝有兩個(gè)反向平行的晶閘管電橋。這兩個(gè)晶閘管電橋是由環(huán)流來進(jìn)行控制運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的。
?那么,在傳輸過程中由次同步到超同步的變化是通過直流電連接裝置的電壓控制來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。反之,由超同步到次同步的變化也是由直流連接裝置的電壓控制來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
??隨著轉(zhuǎn)差率和輸入系統(tǒng)中的恒定輸出功率的減少,發(fā)電機(jī)和變頻器的負(fù)荷將會(huì)因?yàn)檗D(zhuǎn)差功率的降低而降低的?;谶@個(gè)原因,輸出功力將會(huì)增大到曲線的限定值,而發(fā)電機(jī)恰恰決定了這個(gè)值的大小?在同步中,由于變流器為保持系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定而向系統(tǒng)供給功率,變流器的負(fù)載也到達(dá)最小值。同時(shí),它會(huì)因?yàn)樨?fù)轉(zhuǎn)差率的增加而重新增大。另一方面,在此情況下的發(fā)電機(jī)的功率將會(huì)進(jìn)一步地降低。因此,在超同步范圍內(nèi),限制功率曲線是由變頻器決定。
??而且工作點(diǎn)的限制功率幾乎是工作點(diǎn)限制功率的145%.
??滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)與控制模式,可編程序控制SIMATICS5115U可編程序控制器執(zhí)行處理所有的控制結(jié)果、互鎖以及所有設(shè)備和裝置的監(jiān)控。
??它也具有保護(hù)與報(bào)警功能,同時(shí)也具有傳統(tǒng)的報(bào)警系統(tǒng),可以識(shí)別和監(jiān)控設(shè)備內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)的功能失?,F(xiàn)象,包括最重要的數(shù)值信號(hào)和報(bào)警。
?另外,它也儲(chǔ)存有重要的當(dāng)前運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)參數(shù),而這些參數(shù)用于識(shí)別系統(tǒng)是否出現(xiàn)了故障。程序控制器一般安裝在變流器控制面板的前部。由中央處理器提供的界面可以連接打印機(jī)以記錄運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的狀態(tài)與報(bào)警情況。
?作為一種選擇,診斷模塊也可以被包括進(jìn)去。該診斷模塊是由控制器控制的,可以進(jìn)行模擬運(yùn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)和在整個(gè)裝置關(guān)斷后功能測(cè)試。電子模塊被設(shè)計(jì)成易于滑動(dòng)的式樣,便于安裝與抽取,這種模塊位于控制面板的框架里,并通過連接器連接起來。
??運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)SIMATIC控制器與操作人員之間的交流是靠帶有鍵盤和LCD顯示器的操作器單元聯(lián)系的,該操作器被安裝固定在變流器控制面板的門上的。
??通過操作單元的相關(guān)鍵得到相關(guān)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)與警報(bào)數(shù)字,并由顯示面板讀出。操作單元也可以程序設(shè)定確保測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),比如電流、電壓和速度等根據(jù)數(shù)值、信號(hào)及單元等被顯示出來。
??操作單元也允許相應(yīng)的諸如時(shí)間、限定值、測(cè)量范圍和操作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)范圍等參數(shù)根據(jù)控制結(jié)果次第變化。這些對(duì)于機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)致關(guān)重要的參數(shù)通過軟件程序的設(shè)定來實(shí)現(xiàn)互鎖,以防止由操作人員引起的意外事故。
??在可編程控制器的中央處理器的又一個(gè)界面可以通過程序的連接來完成特定意圖和任務(wù)。這就對(duì)執(zhí)行操作命令有利,只要通過改變可編程控制器和操作單元的軟件程序就可以使之完成相應(yīng)的操作指令。
?發(fā)電機(jī)控制發(fā)電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)是由西門子公司SIMADYN和SIMAVERT系統(tǒng)的具有相當(dāng)高可靠性的(經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)可靠的)模塊組成的。主要由模擬控制放大器、計(jì)算模塊、匹配模塊等構(gòu)成。這些模塊位于裝置設(shè)備的多層架框內(nèi)且很易于抽取和操作,而該多層框架就是位于變流器控制面板的后部。
?發(fā)電機(jī)控制的含義是在一個(gè)帶有脈寬調(diào)制逆變器的變流器的直流連接裝置上的恒定電壓的基礎(chǔ)上工作,而變流器是整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。它包含磁場(chǎng)定向系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)是由SIEMENS公司研發(fā)的,用于控制電壓和相位角,但不包括頻率控制。
??在每種情況下,特定的轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)定頻率被計(jì)算出來,并由脈寬調(diào)制逆變器的觸發(fā)器作為一個(gè)實(shí)際頻率記錄于轉(zhuǎn)子值中的。因此,轉(zhuǎn)子的勵(lì)磁曲線總是與系統(tǒng)任意波動(dòng)狀態(tài)下的不同的系統(tǒng)頻率保持一致。這就意味著:滑環(huán)感應(yīng)軸帶發(fā)電系統(tǒng)分析(1)在母線上的設(shè)備擁有很好的頻率穩(wěn)定性,(2)系統(tǒng)中的機(jī)器與同步機(jī)器是按同一種方式運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的。
??然而,與同步機(jī)器相比較,發(fā)電機(jī)控制有三相轉(zhuǎn)子繞組,即有兩個(gè)軸。另外一點(diǎn)就是,脈寬調(diào)制逆變器可以使它分別設(shè)定有功轉(zhuǎn)子電流和無功轉(zhuǎn)子電流。
??滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置的工況特性,短路特性對(duì)于軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)設(shè)備,國際上普遍認(rèn)為,持續(xù)故障電流水平至少是系統(tǒng)標(biāo)定工況下2s的3倍,沒有另外的裝置或設(shè)備的話,滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)將不會(huì)滿足要求。這一問題如果得不到解決,軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)的發(fā)展將會(huì)受阻。
??這一問題被理工大學(xué)研究輔助機(jī)械和自動(dòng)化的人員提出了理論上的解決方法,并由西門子AG來予以實(shí)施,即利用適當(dāng)?shù)撵o態(tài)變流器元件及控制模塊。在這里他們也運(yùn)用了驗(yàn)證可靠、價(jià)格適中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器件。
??補(bǔ)充裝置按與Harz連接裝置相同的方式穩(wěn)定了電流,而且在短路的情況下確保自激電機(jī)得到要求的短路特性。它們也為脈寬調(diào)制逆變器和變流器的直流連接裝置提供了保護(hù)功能。
??諧波特性由于滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)變頻器的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方式,它可以產(chǎn)生諧波。電抗器和諧波濾器已被標(biāo)定以防止誤差的范圍超過額定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)范圍的10%.表中所給的數(shù)值均可在計(jì)算機(jī)的模擬運(yùn)行中獲得。在實(shí)驗(yàn)中所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)也與模擬運(yùn)行的結(jié)果恰好吻合。
??運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)特性帶有有功負(fù)荷與無功負(fù)荷前向控制的磁場(chǎng)定向系統(tǒng)為滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電裝置提供了優(yōu)良的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。因此,由于在負(fù)載波動(dòng)上的電壓穩(wěn)定性,軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)裝置的運(yùn)行工況與帶有一個(gè)勵(lì)磁循環(huán)的西門子船用發(fā)電機(jī)一樣。
??該裝置在實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)境中,在恒定的負(fù)之間循環(huán)變化。每一個(gè)循環(huán)持續(xù)的時(shí)間為4s.而發(fā)電機(jī)的電壓的頻率的振幅沒有傾特征。
??效率至于滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)或是的發(fā)展,就在于它的高效性。如圖3所示的效率曲線就是分別在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度(轉(zhuǎn)差率為-17.7%)、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)速(轉(zhuǎn)差率為+17.7%)和同步狀態(tài)點(diǎn)下測(cè)量和計(jì)算出來的。在與的區(qū)域范圍覆蓋了整個(gè)設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)范圍。從圖3中可以看到,在高于標(biāo)定負(fù)荷50%以上時(shí),它的效率是92%甚至更高。
??效率的點(diǎn)為94.5%,這是在滿負(fù)荷、轉(zhuǎn)速的狀態(tài)下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)獲得的。
?在允許齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的功率損失在1.5%的范圍內(nèi)時(shí),與傳統(tǒng)的軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)相比,這種感應(yīng)式的軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)的功率至少提高了七個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
??由此可見滑環(huán)感應(yīng)式軸帶發(fā)電機(jī)相比較傳統(tǒng)的軸帶發(fā)電機(jī),其優(yōu)勢(shì)是顯而易見的,所有的使用者都會(huì)從中受益。研發(fā)與使用該系統(tǒng)對(duì)節(jié)約人力和財(cái)力是大有裨益的。目前,軸帶發(fā)電技術(shù)雖然沒有在我國的船舶上廣泛使用,但是,隨著能源危機(jī)及各航運(yùn)公司科技技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的逐漸加劇,相信會(huì)有越來越多的企業(yè)在該技術(shù)上投入更多的精力。我國船舶軸帶發(fā)電技術(shù)的春天將不會(huì)遙遠(yuǎn)。
