電工網(wǎng)訊:民間資本是我國重要投資主體,據(jù)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示,民間投資占我國全部投資的60%,對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展拉動力巨大。2014年以來,多項政策鼓勵社會資本參與能源領域建設,但能源行業(yè)由于其天然的壟斷屬性和資本技術密集屬性,使得民間資本的面臨諸多和困難,除了自身實力不足以面對國有大型電力企業(yè)的競爭,還得面臨既有利益主體對新者的排擠,因此,近年來民間資本投資電力行業(yè)的步伐在放緩甚至退出。要想打破這種局面,進一步激發(fā)民間資本的投資,必須從民間資本自身的投創(chuàng)新和主管部門給予政策支持等方面,塑造良好的行業(yè)投資,為民間資本電力行業(yè)、打破現(xiàn)有壟斷格局創(chuàng)造機會,終實現(xiàn)電力行業(yè)投資主體多元化,行業(yè)供給、服務效率。一、民間投資電力行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢1、電力行業(yè)民間資本的格局并未打破出于電力行業(yè)的壟斷經(jīng)營性質(zhì)和歷史特點,在現(xiàn)有電力行業(yè)的投資主體中,國有企業(yè)投資仍占比重,特別是在電網(wǎng)投資領域。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,截止2014年,電網(wǎng)投資領域國有控股企業(yè)的投資占比仍占到95%以上,這一數(shù)據(jù)是在輸配未分開的情況下。而在發(fā)電側(cè),這一數(shù)據(jù)為不到60%,特別是在新能源領域占比更低,顯示出民間資本現(xiàn)階段在電力行業(yè)的投資主要聚焦在電源方面(重點是新能源),電網(wǎng)投資較少,民間資本。
電工網(wǎng)訊:近期內(nèi)關于海上風電有幾個消息,Senvion宣布10+MW級海上風機,Vestas公司V164機組升級為9.5MW,上海電氣發(fā)布新引進的7MW-154海上機組,明陽5.5MW-158葉片模具下線,又有消息稱歐洲零補貼海上風電場或?qū)⒙氏仁褂?3MW~15MW海上風機。這些消息接連出現(xiàn),不禁讓人有種錯覺,海上風電離我們已經(jīng)很近了。但仔細想來,個人對海上風電尤其是大型海上風機的發(fā)展依然持悲觀態(tài)度。不可否認,伴隨著全球尤其是歐洲海上風電的發(fā)展,全球范圍內(nèi)海上風電的不斷積累,有利于我國海上風電發(fā)展形成后發(fā)優(yōu)勢。但究竟是否直接采用大型海上機組,還需要分析其成本優(yōu)勢如何,以及大型海上機組是否適應國內(nèi)海上風場需求??傮w來說,國內(nèi)海上風場具有兩個顯著的特點,北部平均風速低,南部臺風頻發(fā)。從點上來說,和南方低風速風場類似,機組應該盡可能追求更大的單位千瓦掃風面積,9.5MW-164和7MW-154基本就沒戲了。而就第二個特點來說,則需要盡可能地減小單位千瓦掃風面積,抗臺能力,國外機組則主要針對歐洲北海海域風況進行設計,產(chǎn)品定位與市場需求存在差異。再從低成本的角度來考慮,范圍內(nèi)3MW~4MW機組具有的成本優(yōu)勢,而我國的陸上風電目前則處于2MW為主,3MW逐步發(fā)展的階段,如果未來海上和陸上能夠共用大部件,就能夠有效控制成本。但考慮到海上建設成本高的特點,則將會出現(xiàn)3MW~6MW共存的狀態(tài),風輪直徑預計將達到160m~170m,如果國外機組無法該要求,
在此基礎上,進一步將活性炭/多孔石墨烯復合材料應用于超級電容器產(chǎn)業(yè)。可將超級電容器單阻至0.1m以下,單體功率密度達到19.01kW/kg,能量密度達11.65Wh/kg,達到水平。從產(chǎn)業(yè)化角度證明多孔石墨烯是一種的新型儲能材料。目前,多孔石墨烯并沒有真正產(chǎn)業(yè)化,小規(guī)模制備的成本遠高于商用活性炭。在未來,如何解決多孔石墨烯工程制備技術難題和進一步成本仍是材料產(chǎn)業(yè)界亟待解決的難題。2石墨烯在電池中的應用與超級電容類似,導電性極好的超薄二維石墨烯納米材料可以與鋰離子電池電極活性材料顆粒形成二維導電,在電極中構(gòu)建三維導電網(wǎng)絡,可大幅電池性能。大量實驗結(jié)果表明,石墨烯導電添加劑能夠大幅電池內(nèi)阻,電池倍率充放電性能,并顯著電池循環(huán)壽命;同時還可活性材料克容量發(fā)揮,從而電池容量;還可以導電劑用量,有利于設計高能量密度電池;另外,含有石墨烯導電劑的電池在高倍率充放電中相對較少,電池表面溫度相對更低,因而有利于電池的性。以商用鐵鋰材料為例,電導率低是制約其電化學性能發(fā)揮的主要因素?;谑﹥?yōu)異的導電性,劉兆平提出使用石墨烯取代熱解碳對鐵鋰進行改性的新。所合成的石墨烯/鐵鋰復合正極材料具有球形微納結(jié)構(gòu),其中石墨烯均勻包裹鐵鋰納米顆粒,并在二次微米顆粒中形?
