簡介:鎳基自熔合金粉末以良好的潤濕性、耐蝕性、高溫自潤性和合適的價格在激光熔覆材料中應用最廣。主要適用于
局部要求耐磨、耐熱腐蝕及抗熱疲勞的構(gòu)件,所需激光功率密度比鐵基略高。運用Fe、Cr、Co、Mo、W等元素進行奧氏體
固溶強化。對于碳鋼、不銹鋼、合金鋼、、鑄鋼等基材有較好的適應性。含硫鋼基材慎用
