The HS44E unipolar Hall-effect sensor ICs are small, versatile devices that are operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet.
The sensor chip has built-in circuit units including reverse voltage protector, voltage regulator, temperature compensation circuit, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, Smith trigger, and collector open-circuit output drive.Excellent perbance voltage regulator and temperature compensation circuit ensure that the sensor works stably in a wide voltage range and temperature range, and the reverse voltage protection circuit avoids the damage to the reverse voltage.
HS44E With minimum SOT23-3 package, N pole trigger, small volume, stable perbance, and working voltage range is wide, it is widely used in various b control, speed detection and flow detection occasions.
