食用菌木屑機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：
1、由于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作，轉(zhuǎn)軸里的軸承要加注黃油，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)要多加兩次，否則軸承發(fā)熱，會(huì)很容易壞掉，影響正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
2、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作，刀片鈍了應(yīng)卸下用磨刀機(jī)或用手工砂石進(jìn)行磨刀，一致鋒利在使用；如果刀片不夠鋒利，既影響產(chǎn)量，也很容易損壞機(jī)器。
3、三角帶使用一段時(shí)間后，應(yīng)重新調(diào)整松緊度，用手指按下皮帶中部，下降6-10mm為宜。
3、每天工作后，應(yīng)將機(jī)器清掃干凈，檢查機(jī)器是否松動(dòng)，以便延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
